Job Duties:
Welding for GTAW & SMAW in carbon and stainless steel. Certify AP procedures per ASME code. Extensive travel to surrounding locations Domestically and Internationally when welding services are needed.
Qualifications:
-5-7 years experience required in welding processes for GTAW & SMAW in carbon and stainless steels
-Experience in GTAW & GMAW for aluminum a plus
-Pipefitting and blueprint reading experience required
-Mechanical ability and willingness to learn about rotating machinery
-Ability to travel 70%-80% Domestically & Internationally-with short notice
-Ability to work extended hours up to 12 hour days
-Able to work at heights and in confined spaces
-Able to certify to AP procedures per ASME code
-Safe use of equipment and tools
-Respect for APCI safety guidelines
-Must be team player
-Self starter
