General Job Functions:
Will be working INSIDE/OUTSIDE, standing/walking non-stop 8-12 hours per day, involves walking in gravel and squatting, and carrying up to 5-15 pounds equipment Included Benefits/Perks:

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Security Officers to fulfill different assignments for our clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
Must speak clear English for use with handheld radio communications (emergency communications) Ability to show leadership to make sure everything is operation smooth on site.
Stand for long periods of time.
computer Literacy ability to drive a vehicle.
Assists in the supervision of Security Officers on assigned shift.
Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties.
Trains new officers.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Training employees Planning, assigning, and directing work; Appraising performance rewarding and disciplining employees Addressing complaints and resolving problems Maintains a professional departmental, company and community reputation Maintains regular, consistent attendance record Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site Respond quickly to critical situations.
Ability to read and write detailed reports.
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications Valid TWIC card and Driver's License At least 1-year previous Supervisor experience in Security, law Enforcement, or Military Computer skills At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
Ability to read and write detailed reports.
Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
Respond quickly to critical situations.
Completed high school education or equivalent (GED) Pass a background check process.
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
