Modern office setting Flexible working hours Part-time Medical Assistant (Mon-Thurs) approx 20 hours per week Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining medical records - Take and record vital signs of patients - Prepare patients for examinations and procedures - Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers - Collect and prepare laboratory specimens - Provide patient education and instructions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation - Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy - Proficiency in computer skills, including electronic medical records systems MUST have knowledge of eClinicalworks MUST be able to scribe for physician This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team.
