5K a year 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago This position is located in the Deer Park Psadena, TX area Responsibilities of the API Pump Repair Coordinator include but are not limited to:
Plans and directs the work of the Service Coordinators and Service Technicians, placing particular emphasis on the successful completion service jobs Continually improves and develops standards for the Service Department Administers safety, technical, and process training as required for department Organizes shop to accomplish operational goals and advises VP Operations on staff requirements Monitors Service Department to ensure efficient use of manpower and compliance with customers' requirements Works with the Safety Coordinator to ensure that the service department operates according to Company Safety policies, both in the shop and in the field Works closely with the VP Operations to develop and accomplish long-range operating and service sales growth goals Qualifications of the API Pump Repair Coordinator include but are not limited to:
15 years of experience in pump and/or other rotating equipment Previous experience repairing API pumps 5 years of management experience Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals Additional Information:
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
Pump Repair Shop Environment Certifications:
N/A Working Hours:
Day Shift Monday through Friday with some weekends required, must be abler to work overtime hours.
Education:
High Scholl Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
